HELLO! If you have delicious food offerings, We invite you to apply to join us for the

Fox + Hound K9 Foundation Event. This two-day extravaganza will feature delicious food, exciting activities, and a wide array of unique and specialty items from top-notch vendors.


Our event is carefully curated, and we select vendors based on the quality and originality of their offerings, as well as their alignment with the spirit of the Fox + Hound K9 Foundation. We welcome a diverse range of vendors, including boutiques, creators of handmade and pet-related items, as well as those offering seasonal items, clothing, home decor, and crafts.

General Info:


The cost for one Vendor space is $400 (this does not include electricity you will need to speak with Liberty at the Convention Center for your specific needs at 417-243-7034). Once you have spoken to them, we will find out the pricing.  


We may choose to include food trucks indoors. Pricing remains the same. However, no open flame or propane is allowed.**



Indoor vendors who sell items for consumption at the show.

Your fee is $200 for a 10×10 booth (does not include electricity).

When you submit your application, it does NOT GUARANTEE acceptance of your space.

We are only accepting a limited number of Food Trucks. 

Donation MUST be received as soon as accepted.
Donation for space is NON-REFUNDABLE. As a Vendor for Fox + Hound K9 Foundation,  you are required to provide the following items to be considered:

  • Completed application, please indicate any extra needs.

  • Copy of Federal Tax ID number. Collecting and reporting taxes is the responsibility of all Vendors who engage in sales. 

  •  Taney County Health Permit: Branson Office, 320 Rinehart Road, Branson, MO 65616

Booth Size {Approximate}  Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop is required and provided by the vendor, Please email us with any questions. Payment must be received for booth space to be held.



Food Truck Vendor:  

$400 Donation

Snack / Treat Vendor:  

$200 Donation

1. This is a juried event that allows us to choose each of our vendors carefully based on the quality of the product, price point, and overall fit for the Fox + Hound K9 Foundation Event. Once decided-assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis, payment must be received to confirm your spot.

2. Each vendor MUST participate with at least one silent auction item. We will need you to have your item available to us when you check-in.

3. We will also be doing a "Doggy Bag" that we would love for you to participate in for the first 50 guests–25 each day. You will provide FIVE small/fun items that will fill our guests' bags with exciting items from different vendors!

We want to encourage shoppers to arrive early and get some amazing prizes! NOTE: vendors are not eligible for "Doggy Bags".
